- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations.
- Manage and lead on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Monitor and report on build progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the site.
- Liaise with the project manager and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
- Proactively manage site logistics and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds or an experienced commercial foreperson with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of NZ building codes and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schedules.
- Comfortable using reporting tools and project management software.
