This is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on driving the successful rollout of SAP across the sales function while supporting core sales operations. You'll coordinate system implementation and contract administration efforts, working closely with sales team members to integrate SAP modules and ensure adoption ahead of the 2026 go-live. Alongside this, you'll manage key operational tasks such as running and improving manual reports, handling the sales inbox, and enhancing sales analytics through tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and Propeller. This role also involves liaising with international teams as you will be working for a global business.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end SAP implementation across the sales function
- Act as the key SAP user from a front-end/business perspective
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment (Germany time zone)
- Collaborate with salespeople to ensure everyone fulfils their SAP-related responsibilities
- Support sales analytics and generate reports using Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Categorise and manage the sales inbox efficiently
- Assist with demand and equipment planning
- Manage comprehensive service agreements with the aim of growth in this area for the business
- Continuously improve operational processes and reporting tools
- Managing inquiries and troubleshooting contract-related concerns.
- Overseeing all documentation and administrative tasks tied to contracts.
- Drafting, assessing, and negotiating amendments to comprehensive service agreements (CSA)
- Supporting the negotiation of contractual terms with both internal teams and external partners.
- At least 3 years experience with SAP (essential - front-end user or project coordination)
- Strong skills in Excel, with exposure to Tableau and Salesforce
- Relevant qualification in Logistic and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven and able to take initiative
- Experience in sales operations or supporting commercial teams
- Understanding of demand planning and sales analysis (preferred but can be learned)
- After hours/evening availability to coordinate with global stakeholders
