- Supply Chain & Commercial Support: Manage onboarding, compliance, and commercial engagement with subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Governance & Compliance: Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support governance reporting and KPI tracking.
- Contract & Risk Management: Prepare and monitor notices, variations, and claims; assist in resolving disputes and managing risks.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of commercial processes, tools, and templates; support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and maintain documentation.
- Tertiary qualification in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar is an advantage
- Relevant experience in contracts or commercial roles.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain within a large infrastructure organisation is highly valued.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, etc
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and commercially minded.
