In our Toddlers Room, we focus on responsive care, strong routines, and empowering independence while celebrating each child's unique personality. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team where your mahi makes a real difference.This is a permanent role, 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), with flexibility for the right candidate.About Our CentreLocated in the vibrant and growing community of Te Kauwhata, halfway between Hamilton and Auckland, BestStart Lakeside Village is part of the ECE Kāhui Ako, working alongside other local centres and schools to strengthen learning outcomes across the region. What We're Looking For

B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) with current Teacher Certification
Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
Knowledge of ECE Regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance standards
Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
A genuine passion for high-quality teaching and learning
