Learn more here:The Role:As a member of the Enghouse global SaaS CloudOps team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Enghouse-hosted SaaS solutions including Contact Centers, Outbound Dialers, IVR platforms, and other complementary solutions. In this role, you will work with multiple technologies running on a variety of operating systems and devices.What you will be doing:

Work on all Enghouse Interactive SaaS operations.
Must adhere to ISO 27001 policies and practices.
Design, implement and support Continuous Delivery processes.
Contribute to security-related activities that impact cloud operations.
Help maintain current and future infrastructure in AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM, and our Data Centers.
Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture and operations applications.
Design, maintain and operate capacity and operational testing, and cloud instance based on cloud provider tools, open-source tools, and/or in-house developed tools.
Work with Customer Support and Professional Services organizations troubleshooting and resolution of issues.

What you have:We are looking for applicants that enjoy working as part of a team, as well as working autonomously to deliver their projects. Must have a strong sense of urgency, and interpersonal skills, while being able to work within a specified timeframe and with a mix of personalities of very talented people across all departments. This role will require flexibility with out-of-hours support.

3–5 years of experience managing hosted SaaS solutions in a DevOps/CloudOps function (Call/Contact Center experience a major plus).
Azure Cloud Platform (Compute, AppEngine, Functions, Kubernetes, CloudSQL, Active Directory)
Windows Server 2016+ Administration and Deployment
Windows Active Directory Administration and Deployment
Experience with Nagios XI or equivalent monitoring tools
Telecommunication standards (VoIP (SIP), Session Boarder Controllers
Communication security including SDWAN, Firewall Management, VPN
Experience in Cyber Security

Preferred Skills and Experience:

AWS Cloud Platform (Route 53, S3, CloudFront, CloudFormation, EC2 and CLI)
Google Cloud Platform (Compute, Cloud SQL, Cloud Load Balancers, Cloud Storage)
Experience working within ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI, and GDPR environments
Familiar with tools such as Jira, Splunk, and OSSec
Experience in Development/Scripting for automation purposes
Experience with SQL database administration
Experience with MS Teams administration
