
Regional Distribution Manager

- Own the relationships with the Distributor primarily and other stakeholders for your geographic region to align on performance, compliance, and safety
- Enable the growth of sales through our Distributor network through availability of product and service standards
- Ensure Distributor compliance with internal, regulatory and customer quality and food safety requirements
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve standards and drive a balanced culture of performance and service
- Experience in supply chain management, with experience in 3rd Party Management
- The ability to build trust through great relationship management with the ability to drive performance
- A formal qualification in Supply Chain would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience with Transport Management Systems would be useful
