Based in Wellington, you will primarily be responsible for leading a team to manage all project deliverables and support the delevopment of our New Zealand operations.We’ll look to you for:

Being accountable for project QCDP performance and optimizing Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash).
Defining the project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP updates and objectives allocation to all Participating Units (planning, cost, quality, performance).
Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
Managing customer and external stakeholders’ relationships.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Customer relationship management experience, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and manage a team.
Demonstrated experience in project execution/delivery.
Experience in a similar role within Signalling, Infrastructure or Rollingstock will be highly regarded.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering will be highly regarded.
