- Being accountable for project QCDP performance and optimizing Project Financial performance (Margin & Cash).
- Defining the project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP updates and objectives allocation to all Participating Units (planning, cost, quality, performance).
- Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
- Managing customer and external stakeholders’ relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Customer relationship management experience, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and manage a team.
- Demonstrated experience in project execution/delivery.
- Experience in a similar role within Signalling, Infrastructure or Rollingstock will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering will be highly regarded.
