If you have experience in domestic or commercial electrical work and are looking to gain valuable industrial experience, we are here to support you. You will have guaranteed exposure to control systems, variable speed drives (VSDs), and instrumentation, with experienced team members available to help you get up to speed.ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for undertaking Electrical activities as prescribed to you.You will be part of a team of Electricians, Apprentice Electricians (and other general duties staff) to undertake a wide variety of Electrical work per contract requirements - Including Project, Planned and Reactive work.You'll be responsible for:Carrying out associated tasks as required on Industrial Electrical, PLC and SCADA assets as determined by your EICA Team Lead and clients.Carrying out maintenance and repairs, and new & existing Automation and Electrical installations to be completed promptly and efficiently.Other general duties as directed.You will be required to travel within the Taupo district as needed and will be provided with a tool of trade.Nga pūkenga matua | Important SkillsQualified & Registered Electrician, EWRB practising licence.Automation Experience and knowledge of Industrial PLCs, SCADA and Instrumentation is an advantageDriver's Licence - Class 1 minimum.
