They provide engineering expertise through all aspects of the product life cycle from concept to production. They work collaboratively with our Chief Engineers, Procurement and our Manufacturing sites around the world to provide core knowledge for our product.This leadership position will lead our Refrigeration Storage Systems team supporting the next generation of F&P Refrigeration appliances.The personTo be successful in this role, you will have strong leadership skills. The team has a wide range of responsibilities in all aspects of our projects and so you will have excellent problem-solving insight and an appreciation for good planning and systems. An understanding of plastic parts would be desirable along with sound mechanical engineering design skills and experience in consumer goods manufacturing.You will be able to provide a clear purpose and vision within the company strategy and develop the team to operate at their full potential. Using your experience, in combination with our various training support, you can build and sustain a high performing team.Some of the key aspects of this role include:

Working jointly with other Team Leaders and Chief Engineers to plan and deliver the premium product to satisfy our vision and customers' interests
Coaching and mentoring your team to help them thrive
Working with team members to ensure clear objectives are set and achieved to deliver to projects
Leading the development and capture of reusable process knowledge
Working as part of the Product Development leadership team to improve our tools, processes and methods
