We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Team Leader to join our warehousing operations in Auckland. This is a key leadership role supporting the daily flow of goods through the warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy, and leading a high-performing team to meet targets.Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and high productivity
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching activities while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to inventory, including miss-picks and short-land claims
- Champion health and safety protocols and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
- Support reporting and admin tasks including KPI reporting, AP documentation, and interdepartmental coordination
- Proven experience in warehousing or logistics, with inventory and team leadership responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of WMS and/or SAP systems
- Forklift licence required
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
