- Manage and support Registered Nurses across 4 clinics in the Waikato region, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards
- Provide expert clinical assessments and outstanding nursing care
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their whānau
- Utilise advanced nursing skills: wound management, immunisations, triaging, cervical screening
- Empower patients and whānau through education and personalised care plans
- Ensure accurate, timely patient documentation with a focus on detail
- Embed Tikanga Māori principles across all aspects of care
- Current NZ Registered Nurse with an active APC
- Previous leadership experience in primary care or general practice is essential
- Certified in immunisation and cervical smear-taking
- A supportive, proactive leader with a collaborative style
- Calm, composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues, patients, and whānau
