- Acting as a Product Manager, delivering continuous improvement of products and platforms based on end user/customer value
- Supporting clients in establishing projects by providing guidance on best practice methodology tailored to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborating with other Deloitte SMEs to conduct health-checks on ongoing projects, offering an independent quality assessment through stakeholder interviews, documentation reviews, workshops, report writing, and presentations.
- Assisting in project recovery by working with existing external and internal project team members to evaluate the current state, resolve issues, and re-plan for successful outcomes.
- Providing project steering and advisory services, guiding clients on navigating the complexities of large projects and program delivery as a trusted advisor.
- Managing client connections, ensuring value delivery and building enduring relationships
- Leading new proposals to further assist clients through strong client relationships or formal procurement processes
- Improving services, processes, and people, using global Deloitte resources and trends
- Growing team talent through management and development responsibilities, including recruitment efforts
- Proven experience in technology project / product delivery, including enterprise implementations such as ERP, Workforce Enablement, CRM, etc.
- Delivering IT solutions using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Managing budget, scope, and timelines.
- Reporting progress, tracking issues, changes, and risks with stakeholders.
- Contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Using strong communication skills to report to steering committees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and confidence in the project.
- Leading and mentoring a team, fostering respect and support.
- Encouraging diverse views and opinions for team collaboration.
- Supporting bids and RFP proposals for future projects.
- Project and programme management certifications are beneficial.
