This pushes us to do all we can to create a better future for our people, our communities, and Aotearoa New Zealand.Our Opportunity:We're looking for a Sales Administrator - Commercial & Industrial to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our Commercial and Industrial Sales channel. In this role, you'll work closely with Account Managers and the Lead Commercial Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service and seamless sales support. Day-to-day, you'll:
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including reporting, billing, and contract renewals.
  • Support the Lead Commercial Sales Executive with operational tasks such as credit checks, new business quotes, and customer onboarding.
  • Manage inbound customer queries through email and our 0800 call queue, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and seek opportunities to improve processes and systems.
  • Provide analysis support using Excel and Power BI to help deliver insights to customers and the business.
We are looking for:We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced customer environment. You'll also bring:
  • Experience in an administrative role (sales or customer service roles preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (intermediate level) and experience with Power BI reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and deliver for customers.
