
Sales Administrator - Commercial & Industrial

- Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including reporting, billing, and contract renewals.
- Support the Lead Commercial Sales Executive with operational tasks such as credit checks, new business quotes, and customer onboarding.
- Manage inbound customer queries through email and our 0800 call queue, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and seek opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Provide analysis support using Excel and Power BI to help deliver insights to customers and the business.
- Experience in an administrative role (sales or customer service roles preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate level) and experience with Power BI reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and deliver for customers.
