- Customer Service - Answering and directing inbound calls with professionalism
- Covering reception as required, including meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining and updating our CRM database accurately
- Coordinating office meetings and events
- Formatting documents to align with business requirements
- Supporting compliance procedures and administering third-party systems
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
