- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across South & Central Auckland
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process for our temporary recruitment desk - from business development and talent sourcing to candidate screening, placement, and post-placement support.
- Ensure that we meet all our compliance, payroll and H&S obligations for our temporary workforce.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding service and tailored recruitment solutions.
- Previous agency recruitment experience within NZ.
- A strong sales background with a hunter mentality - you love winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
