Our permanent and contract-focused practice groups are actively seeking adept recruiters, business developers, and solutions sales professionals. Specialisations in accounting & finance and technology.What you'll do:
- Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Auckland market.
- Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
- Manage end-to-end talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
- Stay abreast of hiring market trends, sharing consultative insights.
- Engage in company events, networking, and CSR initiatives.
We're seeking professionals with:
- Experience: 3+ years in agency recruitment, 360-degree recruitment, or client-facing B2B roles.
- A Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and nurturing business relationships.
- A Growth Mindset: Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Tech Savviness: Interest in leveraging technology to drive success.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour
