- Elevate your sales game utilising the Challenger Sales methodology
- Advocate for your market, work in partnership with the wider Figured teams to solve market challenges, drive product improvement and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth NZ on key deals and execution of market strategy
- Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to generating sales leads and developing a sales pipeline
- Develop close working relationships with key partnerships such as Xero
- Experience with the Challenger sales methodology - if you know, you know
- For enterprise and mid-market solution sales, you must be seasoned in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS.
- Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.
- Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
