- 30 hours per week guaranteed
- $31 to $32 per hour
- 2 Positions
- Provide leadership and operational coverage in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Oversee daily service operations across restaurants, bar, room service, and conferencing to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise, train, and coach Food & Beverage team members, ensuring service standards, presentation, and compliance are consistently met.
- Assist with workforce planning including rosters, performance management, and recruitment.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost management to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Collaborate with the Culinary and Sales & Marketing teams to coordinate menus, promotions, and events.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
- Support financial performance by monitoring budgets, revenue, and cost efficiency.
- A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a hotel restaurant or a high volume hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership of restaurant, bar and event operations, licensing regulations and cost control.
- Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment and ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work culture.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends and public holidays.
- A valid LCQ certificate and Duty Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
