Put simply, sustainability is what we do.Job DescriptionThe Team Leader - Bin Audit and Delivery has key responsibility for providing daily direction, co-ordination and support to the municipal bin auditing and delivery teams. This role ensures that services are delivered efficiently and aligned with company standards and contractual obligations.Key responsibilities include:

Lead and support the operational functions under the guidance of supervisor.
Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations.
Support bin management operations and maintain stock in yard to required standards
Allocate resources effectively to meet service obligations including covering any absenteeism
Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety meetings to enhance communication and safety awareness.
Undertake regular reviews of tasks to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance efficiency.
Monitor team performance to ensure productivity, safety and work quality standards are met.
Ensure administrative systems and compliance requirements are managed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience with responsibility for day-to-day operational management.
Experience in the waste or transport industry (desirable but not essential).
Strong commitment to safety leadership and safe work practices.
Knowledge of safety management systems.
Excellent communication skills, with strong literacy and numeracy.
A current full driver’s licence (minimum Class 1).
A valid forklift licence.
