- Lead and motivate a team of fabricators to meet production goals and quality standards
- Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor performance, provide training, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed at all times
- Work closely with engineering, planning, and quality departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Proven experience in fabrication industry (10+ years), with leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrication tools, machinery, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and team management skills
