- Partnering with our core merchants, to provide seamless end-to-end service from securing the business through to delivery.
- Achievement of sales budgets and plans, encompassing pricing negotiations, order management, contract renewals, promotions etc.
- Deliver product training presentations and merchandising resources to support our channel partners.
- Understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for sales growth with current and new partners.
- At least 3-5 years in the plumbing, building or related industries preferred.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills with a focus on communicating value and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent relationship management, customer service and people skills.
- Sales and revenue management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Business acumen and proficiency in planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, key account management and CRM utilisation.
