As the first independently owned private homecare agency established in New Zealand, we continue to work closely with our clients and their families to provide exceptional support in each person's private home. We have a history of providing excellent care to our clients and excellent support to our valued Caregivers.With a number of new clients and increased hours across the region we are looking for some amazing new carers to join the team! We need caregivers who are experienced and available immediately for weekday shifts. Shifts may vary between 7am and 1pm across the Tauranga region. Alongside this, we still require carers who have availability for afternoons, evenings and weekend shifts. We provide support from companionship to palliative care so there is a variety of shifts available. Our shifts are generally a minimum of 3 hours, but often longer. We can offer you flexibility around the weekend hours, so you can continue to do the things that are important to you also.We require our caregivers to hold a full, current driver license and have experience with personal cares. We provide an afterhours service 7 days per week, so if you are working on a weekend, you still have the support of a dedicated coordinator to provide you assistance if required.We would love to hear from you if you have had experience with the following:
Companionship and home-help, which may include light house work
Meal preparation
Personal Cares; to include showering, dressing, grooming
Dementia care
Palliative care
Ideal Candidate must have:
Recent care giving/healthcare preferred
A clean full NZ Driver's Licence and your own car
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work legally in New Zealand (You must have already obtained a working visa)
A clear background and criminal check
