With a people-first approach and a strategic mindset, you will help scale the business and embed the IN SIDE Way across Wellington, enabling teams to thrive in a high-performance, values-driven environment. Importantly, this is a leadership role rooted in we, not me and designed for someone who thrives on empowering others rather than seeking the spotlightAs the Head of Client & Recruitment you will be a trusted advisor to the business owners and leadership team, helping them activate the collective potential of their people and clients. You will champion development initiatives, streamline operations, and foster an aligned, cohesive culture that supports sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading strategic client engagement and account management to foster trust and long-term value across regions.
  • Driving operational excellence by streamlining workflows, reducing duplication, and embedding shared rhythms that support scalable growth.
  • Supporting recruitment teams with coaching, development, and performance management aligned to The IN SIDE Way.
  • Building internal collaboration across teams, regions, and disciplines to ensure cohesive delivery and positive culture.
  • Bringing brand presence to life locally through thought leadership, industry engagement, and market activity.
  • Contributing to and executing on innovative initiatives that strengthen internal cohesion, elevate client satisfaction, and support leadership development.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in multi-functional environments, with a track record of empowering teams, growing client relationships, and streamlining operations. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, capable of influencing outcomes and fostering trust.
