Due to continued demand, we are looking for you to come and join our close-knit, experienced Business transformation team.Your portfolio will be specialised across Project Management and Coordination market, working closely with myself and the wider team collectively supporting clients, building new client relationships and developing strong relationships with our contractor community.Key responsibilities:It’s a role with variety and real impact. Your relationship first approach is critical to success.
  • Building relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Interviewing and screening candidates to understand what really matters to them.
  • Sourcing top talent across LinkedIn, Seek, and other platforms.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing to shortlisting.
  • Curating and maintaining talent pools in LinkedIn and our system (training provided).
  • Providing outstanding care to contractors on assignment.
  • Collaborating with the wider team.
  • Actively engaging in market events and building your presence in the transformation space (fresh and innovative ideas welcome!).
