- Collaborating with a team of consultants, guided by Directors and Partners, to address complex and high-impact client challenges.
- Working directly with client executives across diverse industries, gaining insight into their most pressing strategic issues and facilitating informed decision making.
- Developing actionable insights to drive client growth, enhance performance, and establish sustainable competitive advantages.
- Taking ownership of project work streams, delivering high-quality outcomes while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Engaging in meaningful collaboration within your team, fostering innovation and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering value, sharing expertise, and identifying opportunities for additional business impact.
- Contributing to business development through the creation of eminence and support for client engagements that drive strategic growth.
- Expanding your knowledge and skills daily through exposure to varied industries, robust tools and methodologies, structured training, and tailored development programmes.
- 4-6 years of proven experience managing and delivering organisational strategy, transformation execution, operating model design, and implementation projects. Experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Understanding and expertise in digital transformation of organisations and driving technology enabled change is highly desirable.
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, uncover key issues, and deliver actionable solutions that drive impactful change.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and contextualise complex ideas in a clear and concise manner while adapting your approach to suit different audiences.
- An ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, addressing client challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes through teamwork and innovation.
- A passion for mentoring and developing inclusive teams, with a track record of supporting junior team members to thrive and develop in their careers.
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Māori, and Te Ao Māori, with the ability to integrate these perspectives and approaches into relevant client engagements.
- Industry experience in public sector, central agencies, regulatory environments, health or not for profit / community providers. While not essential, is highly valued.
