- Be the go-to for organising internal events, workshops, and travel logistics.
- Keep things humming in our Auckland CBD office-welcoming guests, managing supplies, and supporting a great team culture.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with other EAs and teams across the business.
- Take initiative on admin processes that reduce overhead and boost efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior admin role.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook, plus a knack for using AI tools like Copilot to work smarter.
- Strong emotional intelligence-you know when to listen, when to act, and how to handle sensitive situations with care.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgment-you understand what matters in a business context.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset.
