- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and deliver custom technical proposals.
- Lead product demos, customer presentations, and on-site consultations.
- Work closely with internal engineers to align solutions with technical feasibility.
- Develop strategies to expand market share and support new sales initiatives.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Knowledge of automation, robotics, machine vision, and controls.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for clients.
- Willing to travel for client visits or industry events.
- Sales experience within automation, controls, or custom machinery industries.
- Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motion control, and platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Omron.
- Familiarity with CAD or proposal software.
- Understanding of CE/UL safety compliance.
