The RoleWe are seeking a Solution Analyst to join a Product and Technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for customers, ensuring seamless system integration. This includes managing projects, driving customer onboarding, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to translate their needs into effective technology solutions. You will also play a key part in identifying and delivering continuous improvements to products and processes.
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role involving solution design, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement across IT and business functions.
- Experience in agile delivery environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio), and data/query tools (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and RESTful APIs is a plus.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or ERP/CRM domain is a definite plus.
- Collaboration: Works openly and harmoniously within teams, sharing knowledge and ideas.
