Based just outside Invercargill, we are known for our high-quality radiata pine products, commitment to sustainability, and strong, values-driven team culture.We are currently looking for Machine Operator and Labourers to join the dayshift team at our Kennington site.As a Machine Operator and Labourer you will play an important role in turning raw logs into premium timber products. This role is physically demanding and hands-on, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team that gets the job done right.This is a Monday - Friday dayshift position. In addition to the competitive hourly rate, employees can earn extra through overtime, and production bonuses linked to attendance. Start your weekend sooner with our early Friday finishes, every week!Key Responsibilities:

Operate sawmill machinery and manually handle timber
Maintain product quality and organise stock effectively through quality control
Follow health and safety procedures and keep your work area tidy
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
