Provide clinical leadership and operational management for the General X-ray unit, ensuring effective daily operations,
Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of the team members,
Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal service delivery,
Work collaboratively with other departments to support seamless patient care,
Maintain highest standards of patient care, ensuring all imaging procedures are performed with accuracy and professionalism,
Manage and maintain the imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards,
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance service delivery,
Skills and experienceWe are looking for someone who:
Is registered with the NZMRT Board and hold a current APC,
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a MIT, including leadership and supervisory experience,
Has extensive knowledge and technical expertise in General X-ray imaging,
Has excellent organisational and time-management skills,
Has commitment to high standards of patient care,
