This role focuses on implementing website content for the global firm, with a primary focus on Australasia. You will report to the Global Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Content, and work closely with the Regional Business Development Director, New Zealand.Responsibilities
  • Manage, update, and coordinate microsites and web pages related to ongoing growth initiatives (combinations, mergers, etc.).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for web-related requests.
  • Assist in the development, launch, and maintenance of microsites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Implement and update content (e.g., lawyer biographies, news, articles) on the Firm’s websites and microsites using our CMS platforms (Sitecore and WordPress), as well as HTML and CSS where required.
  • Ensure all content complies with Firm standards and is SEO optimized.
  • Develop, maintain, and update documentation relating to processes and workflows within the digital content team.
  • Support CRM data coordination and assist with related digital activities.
  • Serve as the main contact for Digital Marketing support globally, with a primary focus on Australasia.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to other Sitecore and WordPress users across the firm.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content management; experience in an international professional services environment is preferred.
  • Business-fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and build strong relationships with stakeholders in a diverse, global organization.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gather insights, analyze information, and propose effective alternatives.
  • Proven experience using content management systems (CMS) such as Sitecore and WordPress.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other leading analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to tailor content for improved search visibility.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and MS Teams (advanced level or Microsoft-certified is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
