- Carrying out quality and safety checks

- Solid understanding of NZS3910:2013
- Experience in construction leadership
- Planning, programming and coordination skills
- The ability to lead, coach and adhere to safety protocols and best practice
- Effective communication skills
- Strong knowledge of civil works and machinery
- Estimating or QS experience
- Strong knowledge of civil works
