This is ensured by providing a dedicated team of senior and experienced bankers to manage and grow this portfolio set.Te tūranga | The role:As a Senior Commercial Manager you will manage and drive a high-value Commercial Banking customer portfolio while also identifying, developing and acquiring new-to-bank business. You'll make your mark through growing successful relationships with customers and developing a strong network of contacts to draw on and leverage.Through strong leadership and coaching your team will provide simple solutions for clients across a range of banking products and services, while balancing profitability and providing protection for operational and credit risk.Ō pūkenga | About you:Your relationship and people skills coupled with an innovative approach will see you build credibility with your customers and make your mark in the industry.
