We're looking for a highly organised and strategic individual to join our team as Logistics, Planning & Procurement Controller. This key role ensures our supply chain is lean, responsive, and future-proofed - from sourcing materials to delivering finished product across New Zealand. You'll lead the logistics, planning, production, and procurement functions to support operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
  • logistics operations and planning for optimal delivery performance
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
  • Lead supply chain analysis and forecasting to anticipate demand
  • Manage inventory and stock levels across multiple sites
  • Drive system improvements and process standardisation
You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in leading and supervising high performing teams
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement leadership
  • Experience loading trucks using overhead gantry cranes and Forklifts
  • Strong knowledge of planning systems and inventory control
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus
  • ERP experience (e.g., SAP or similar systems) is a bonus
