This is a Monday to Wednesday 8.30am to 5pm role.You will need to be confident working in a highly pressured environment, whilst remaining professional and composed.Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:
Payment of staff wages through the computerised payroll system
Processing of new and leaving staff -you will need fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Alongside processing the pays you will be required to answer phone calls and email queries regarding weekly pays and respond in a timely manner.This role is for an immediate start and the successful candidate will also be required to work thru the Christmas / New Year period of 2025-2026.Also having some flexibility to work an extra day of the week to cover sick leave / school holidays would be advantageous.Payroll experience and knowledge of the New Zealand legislation is preferredThe company is in a new modern building based in the Central City.Please apply online with an up-to-date CV
