- Managing payroll and reconciling transactions across entities
- Sending customer invoices and following up on payments
- Coding expenses and preparing tax returns
- Coordinating with external finance consultants globally
- Supporting weekly reporting and basic cash flow forecasting
- Recent, hands-on experience managing day-to-day finances in Xero (invoicing, reconciliations, expense management)
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused
- Clear and confident communicator, able to explain financial matters to both finance and non-finance team members
- Proactive in spotting financial red flags before they wave
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you’ll often shift between detail work and big-picture thinking
- Experience processing payroll
- Experience working across multiple currencies and entities
- Familiarity with tools like Wise, Deel, and Slack
