- Act as the first point of contact for Lawset member firms.
- Manage the establishment and day-to-day operation of the Lawset virtual office.
- Act as Board secretary and undertake all delegated tasks.
- Optimise membership benefits through building engagement and maintaining proactive communication.
- Deliver networking opportunities between member firms (including annual conferences and events).
- Support the establishment, and ongoing monitoring, of supplier agreements.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Advanced office technology skills, including the Microsoft suite, on-line banking and website management.
- Sound business administration skills able to implement robust operating processes, systems, benchmarking and reporting.
- Experience planning and coordinating events and other networking and professional development opportunities
- An ability (and capacity) to work under pressure when required.
