Teacher in Training - Nursery (Under 2s) | BestStart MellingJoin our vibrant BestStart Melling whānau!We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher in Training to join our energetic, experienced nursery team, supporting our under-2 tamariki.About UsBestStart Melling is a purpose-built early childhood centre for tamariki aged 3 months to 5 years. We provide rich literacy programs, endless creativity through art and music, and fun, engaging learning experiences that nurture every child's growth.About the RoleAs a Teacher in Training, you'll work alongside talented kaiako, gaining hands-on experience while completing your Level 7 ECE qualification (Bachelor or Graduate Diploma). This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri). Role Requirements

Enrolled in a Level 7 ECE Bachelor or Graduate Diploma
Passion for working with infants and toddlers
Commitment to child-led learning and Te Whāriki
Willingness to uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
Enthusiasm, energy, and dedication to quality education
