- Directing traffic and ensuring public and worker safety
- Following TMPs (Traffic Management Plans) accurately
- Maintaining clear communication with site supervisors and crew
- Upholding strict health and safety practices
- Current TC or STMS qualification
- Full Class 1 licence preferred
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and nights as required
