Daily operations - Elevate dining experiences with your personalised food and beverage suggestions within outlets and events
When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines. Your approach is a testament to your problem-solving abilities and unwavering positivity-
Customer relationship development: Foster close customer relationships and gather feedback.
Interdepartmental collaboration: Ensure a consistent customer experience.

QualificationsYour profile: 

Restaurateur at heart
Quality-oriented
Experience is highly desirable
Good level of English
Hold full working rights for New Zealand (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
Willing to learn and grow across hotel departments, with a strong interest in mastering roles such as Front Office operations.
