With expertise in both learning and analytics, this role partners with Learning Design colleagues and business stakeholders to evaluate impact, identify trends and gaps, and support continuous improvement. The Learning Analyst contributes to evidence-based decision-making, helping ensure learning initiatives are targeted, measurable, and aligned with organisational goals.This is a secondment through to 30 June 2026.Based in Wellington, Hamilton, or Christchurch.About you | MōuWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys experimenting with creative approaches to learning. You'll bring:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in adult education, learning analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating learning effectiveness and translating data into actionable insights to drive learning improvements.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning evaluation methodologies, and capability development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, with experience using PowerBI highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and their reporting capabilities .
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present complex data clearly and compellingly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding and demonstrated leadership of the application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

The salary range for this role is $85,037 - $120,052 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal team relativities.
