This is your opportunity to shape the future of how we deliver technology solutions that support a better-connected Auckland.What You'll DoAs our Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll:
  • Lead and manage a prioritised improvement backlog, identifying high-impact opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and optimise workflows.
  • Apply structured methodologies like Lean, ITIL, and Kaizen to embed sustainable improvements.
  • Document current and future state processes with clarity and precision.
  • Track and report on progress, adoption, and measurable benefits of initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across Business Technology and beyond.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in process improvement, service management, or operational optimisation.
  • Proven ability to lead structured improvement initiatives.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and facilitation.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and service management frameworks.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or ServiceNow.
  • Background in public sector or service-oriented environments.
