- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the TPM strategy and maturity roadmap aligned with the OpCo or Brewery's strategic plan.
- TPM Coaching & Auditing: Provide training and coaching on TPM systems and tools; lead internal and external audits using GSC TPM standards.
- Connected Brewery Oversight: Manage Supply Chain Digital & Technology Specialist and drive Connected Brewery (CB) implementation, including Process Control Domain (PCD) ownership and data-driven decision-making.
- Standardised Reporting: Ensure periodic reporting using defined standards and promote the use of standardised tools and templates.
- TPM Training Coordination: Develop and execute TPM training plans in collaboration with functional leaders, tailored to identified skill gaps.
- Strategic & Cultural Development: Support communication of business priorities and foster cultural and leadership improvements.
- Global Best Practice Integration: Facilitate access to global and regional TPM resources, best practices, and coaching opportunities.
- Health & Safety Advocacy: Promote and support DB's Health and Safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents appropriately.
- Tertiary qualification plus advanced training in Process Kaizen (PKE), Six Sigma Black Belt, or TQM.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production/manufacturing/supply chain, with at least 2 years in TPM, Six Sigma, or TQM, and 2 years in change management.
- Extensive packaging operations experience with a strong engineering or technical background.
- Commercial mindset essential, with a focus on improving performance and productivity.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels-from shop floor to office.
- Hands-on problem-solving experience, including leading initiatives and coaching in TPM/CI methodologies.
