About the role:This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). You will work alongside a dedicated team to create safe, engaging spaces where children can choose to play independently or collaboratively, developing their communication, problem-solving, and social skills. Learning is guided by each child's interests, needs, and family aspirations, and we support school transitions with regular visits to local schools.What we're looking for:

B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and a current Teacher Certification
Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, planning, and extending learning
Sound knowledge of current ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and a commitment to compliance
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in teaching practice
Passion, professionalism, and a focus on delivering quality education
