We're on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to support a leading Media organisation in Auckland.
You'll play a key role in shaping people practices, supporting leaders, and navigating both the everyday and the complex.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance across the organisation
- Lead and guide performance management processes
- Lead and guide management team on restructures and organisational change.
- Draft and review employment agreements and HR documentation
- Implement onboarding, and people development activities and processes.
- Build strong relationships across teams with empathy and professionalism
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Advisory or Specialist role
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in managing sensitive HR issues with confidence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and provide sound advice to leaders
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
