We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Commercial Collections Manager to join our Auckland Commercial Collections team. Based at our award-winning East Tāmaki head office, this role is responsible for overseeing key collection services across the Auckland region.In this role, you’ll work closely with your team, contractors, and customers to make sure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll be focused on leading people, solving problems, and supporting the day-to-day delivery of services that make a real impact for our customers and communities.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting your team to perform at their best
- Building strong working relationships with staff, contractors, and customers
- Ensuring a safe work environment and promoting a strong health and safety culture
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and making sure work is delivered to a high standard
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on performance
We’re looking for an approachable and energetic leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy operational environment.You’ll bring:
- Previous experience leading teams in an operational role
- Strong people management and HR experience, including coaching and performance improvement
