- Contract administration including: producing high quality employment documentation (IEAs, PDs, letters, development plans, reports and filings).
- Internal recruitment including, onboarding and induction processes.
- First portof-call employment relations advice to employees and managers.
- Depending on experience you will also support disciplinary and investigation processes as required.
- Proven experience to confidently hit the ground running at the Senior HR Coordinator or preferably HR Advisor level.
- Great EQ, pragmatic and a customercentric approach.
- Takes ownership of tasks and projects, works with teams to resolve problems.
- Excellent administrative/ organisation skills, good attention to detail and able to follow process through to completion.
- Experience in recruiting.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and the ability to navigate successfully through employment matters.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience in the Recognised Seasonal Employment (RSE) is preferred but can be learnt on the job.
- A clean, current driver’s license and the legal right to work in NZ.
