Do you have experience in information collation, analysis and report writing, with a knack for presentation, on paper and in person?Our Corporate Planning and Performance team is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Planning and Performance Analyst. This is a high level role reporting to the Head of Corporate Planning and Performance, and key responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with staff across Council to initiate corporate-level planning, and provide various levels of reporting and performance information and improvement
  • Leading the development of the organisations long term plan, and implementing supporting business plans
  • Working closely with internal service providers to ensure effective delivery of current and improved organisational objectives and processes
  • Providing business performance analysis across a variety of customers and channels
About you | Ko Koe TēneiOur ideal candidate will:
  • Be degree qualified in business management, commerce, accounting or equivalent
  • Have experience working for a large and complex organisation, in a Business or Performance Analyst capacity
  • Understand the importance of having a "big picture" outlook with regards to long term planning
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise

  • Hours of work - 37.5 - 40 hours a week
  • Position - Permanant, Fulltime
  • Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices - 53 Hereford Street
  • Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $115,466 to $128,295 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
