You're a detail-driven problem solver who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions. With experience in performance measurement, data analysis, and dashboard reporting, you enjoy designing frameworks that capture what really matters and drive continuous improvement. You're skilled at identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and presenting clear, actionable recommendations that enhance digital performance and resource allocation. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you build strong relationships across teams to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and impactful. In this role you will:
- Analyse portfolio performance data (e.g., schedule, budget, benefits) and develop dashboards and exception reports to identify key insights, trends, and monitor overall delivery portfolio health.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate performance data is captured, define and track OKRs, and design clear reporting frameworks.
- Support tooling used by the Portfolio and Delivery team, including vendor liaison and continuous improvement of systems.
You will be an experienced data analyst with at least 5 years' in roles with significant data analysis and reporting, and measurement tracking, as well as have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related IT field (NZQA Level 7).
- Advanced PowerBI skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in dashboard development and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ITSM).
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate performance data, define and track OKRs, and design clear reporting frameworks.
