Working across a diverse range of projects - from new homes to commercial fit-outs
Interpreting plans and executing precise, high-quality construction
Collaborating with a skilled crew to meet deadlines and uphold craftsmanship
Supporting or mentoring apprentices (if experienced in leading small teams)

We're Looking For:

A Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry
Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction
Strong attention to detail and excellent tool handling skills
Your own reliable set of carpentry tools
A positive attitude with a focus on health, safety, and teamwork
